Candidate Privacy Notice and Consent

The Practice has invited you to record a video interview and/or complete a personality quiz using ClinHire, recruitment software provided by ClinLegal Pty Ltd (‘ClinLegal’). Please read this notice before you begin.

What is collected

Your video and audio recordings, your written answers, your name and contact details, and any other information you choose to provide during the interview and recruitment process.

Why it is collected

So the Practice can assess your application for the role you are considering and manage its recruitment process. Your information will not be used for any other purpose without your consent.

Who can access it

  • People at the Practice involved in the recruitment process, who will watch and assess your interview. Your interview is not scored, ranked or assessed by AI.
  • ClinLegal and its software providers, only as needed to provide and maintain the software. They will not use your information for their own purposes, and it is never sold or used for marketing.

Sensitive information

Your recording may reveal sensitive information about you, such as information about your health or background. Please share only what is relevant to the role and what you are comfortable sharing.

Where and how long it is stored

Your information is stored securely on the cloud and servers located in Australia, the US and/or Europe. It will be kept for 6 years after the recruitment process ends and then deleted, unless we are required by law to keep it for longer, or you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

Taking part is voluntary. You can withdraw your consent at any time, or ask to access or correct your information, by contacting the Practice. If you withdraw before your interview has been assessed, the Practice may not be able to consider your application.

Your consent: I have read the notice and consent to the Practice, and the ClinHire software it uses, collecting, accessing and storing my video interview and information for recruitment purposes as described above.
